Close to the Marina and Cow hollow, where there are lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Also fairly close to Crissy Park. The parking was free and very secure.
The traffic noise from Lombard street was really loud. Bring ear plugs!

The location was very good as and a lot could be reached by foot
Even so the windows were closed the outside noise was extremely loud. You could hear people talking and laughing. Very annoying when you try to sleep. Realized also that the air conditioner had a gap to the outside.

Great location for us. The room was better than expected, clean, comfortable bed and pillows and easy to use AC. Didn't use parking. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was large and clean.
Staff friendly and very helpful, offering advice and taking the time to go through where the best places to eat were.

The location was perfect for us and we appreciated being on the quieter side of the hotel.
The TV was a little strange. It was challenging to select a channel. My husband, who has back issues, found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable.

Loved that it had secured and gated parking basement, felt safe leaving my harley-davidson parked there, even when we were out site seeing. They also let us unhook our little motorcycle trailer, that way we could ride around city.
