I had one staff, who wasn’t nice when we had come payment complications.
No hotels even in developing counties charge for wifi any more and they charge $19 daily if you are not a member of Marriott. They also charge $8 per bottle of water in the room (most hotels in the world now have complementary water bottles).
Yes it’s SF and the room was ok, but when you charge 500- 700 per day, I expect the service to be at least great if not superb.

Close to Bay & shops/restaurants, room was spacious w/firm bed, walk in shower, free strong signal wifi, & large tv & Nespresso unit. A $20 food credit/day we used towards breakfast was a nice perk, along with Cable car & bike rental passes.
