The bed and pillows, one of the desk staff. He was very professional, dressed in suit and tie and smiled. Could leave baggage after check out til ready to go.Liked the TV screen with personal welcome.
Evening staff gave directions about amenities too quickly. Elevator sounded like it would drop. When picking up car, had to wait for half hour for valet to even get our number to bring car. No one was at the stand for that half hour and phone kept ringing. There was only one desk clerk at 6:00 so had to wait to pickup held luggage.
On website, showed parking as $58 but was charged $70 per night. The parking fee was one of the motivators to choose Marriott.

Lovely rooms with great sized bathroom and bed which were super comfy and hotel in a good location to fisherman’s wharf. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly and happy to help.
Cost of parking. But know it’s expensive everywhere and street noise early in the morning.

Excellent location, valet parking, breakfast was very good. Most notably, whole staff were exceptionally nice and helpful!! Gave lot of good recommendations for sightseeing as well.
Our room had a balcony, was not very clean. Garbage bins around the hotel and across the street. Perhaps we just got there for garbage day but that was unpleasant.

Excellent location and very friendly staff . Comfortable bed and a good shower
In our room use of the toilet was only possible in an almost squatting position - ok for us but if you were older or with limited mobility you would need to change rooms !!

The location, Sarah at reception on night duty, she was very supportive and easy to approach, very clean property, safety was also good
The price was a little higher and the breakfast place could be a little better staffed. The 2 souls managing the show there are too loaded. Also there are hardly any options and too little portion
