Excellent location and very friendly staff . Comfortable bed and a good shower
In our room use of the toilet was only possible in an almost squatting position - ok for us but if you were older or with limited mobility you would need to change rooms !!

The location, Sarah at reception on night duty, she was very supportive and easy to approach, very clean property, safety was also good
The price was a little higher and the breakfast place could be a little better staffed. The 2 souls managing the show there are too loaded. Also there are hardly any options and too little portion

the homeless everywhere they were asking for money , no pool , my booking had breakfast included and when we got there no it wasnt. the staff that helped us was rude

In and out burger next door a winner for teenagers
Breakfast daily was handy downstairs
Car self park available

The location was excellent . The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shower had pressure, view was good.The food was pretty good for breakfast, though very limited. Not a full restaurant.
There was no restaurant for dining, there was a very basic breakfast room: No ambience. The windows did not open, thus we could not get fresh air.

Staff were super friendly. Room was sizeable. There was a baby cot already in the room per my previous communication. Struggle to fault it really.
Honestly nothing to do with the hotel at such but all the hotel companies and restaurants should be lobbying the governor to make SF a more attractive city again.

Perfect Location to explore Fishermans Wharf or take the cable cars to get around SF. Everything is in walking distance.
