We weren’t asked if we wanted housekeeping so we assumed we’d have it. Nobody came. We had quite a lot of garbage, not enough towels or coffee supplies. Room was quite small.

Very clean hotel, near the peir in Fishermans Wharf.
The hotel is very dated, the toilet is very low. The elevators are very slow. There are no stairs to go to the second floor, so you have to use the slow elevators

Property and location great! Well maintained and staff friendly. Only complaint is valet is $65 + $9 tax each night. You have the option of parking in garage next door for $49 a night but we paid the extra as we were 3 females traveling and needed our car at odd times.

Perfect location to explore San Francisco. Nice room, great shower & beds. Staff was very friendly. Restaurants & bars close by. Fisherman's Wharf just around the corner.
Valet service and parking were a bit expensive.
