Clean, large rooms and friendly staff.
Check in was very slow…. I was there at 3.30, but was told check in was at 4.00pm and there were no rooms ready. Went for a walk and came back just before 4.00pm.. found myself in a queue of people checking in for over 12 rooms…. When I eventually got checked in, it was 5.30pm - just one poor girl on reception. (Not very happy to wait after travelling for 17 hours.. More staff needed at check in times - 2 members of staff on reception at most other times - when not needed!

Good and clean with nice view
The lady that checked us was being negative and animated because she didn't like my queations about parking. She kept walking and flailing her hands in the air while she kept repeating "don't blame me". She only quieted down when I asked her if that's how she acts with guests. By the way, parking was horrible.
