It was dirty in most if not all corners of the room and bathroom, had gnats, dirty ice, no room service , the parking was beyond cramped, there were stains on the sheets and on the carpets.

The parking lot was very tight. I drive a SUV, not a small one either. Scratched my car against a pillar. But again, I don’t have a small car

This Hotel had a very friendly staff, clean and sanitary rooms, and breakfast is served every morning
Although they provide a free breakfast that includes waffles, eggs, muffins, etc, the eggs were dry, and kinda crunchy one day, then the next day my bff had scrambled eggs, and they were straight watery and soggy! Also, their coffee was served in these tiny to-go coffee cups that were barely a small sized coffee.

Wonderful
The check in clerk, Jonathan, was super nice and inviting, He gave us an upgrade for a room with a spectacular view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was a plus. Great location too.
Paying for parking and the parking structure is really tight.

Breakfast was okay. Location was good.
- at check in I was told since I was only here for a short stay it means they will not be cleaning my room (I was staying for 4 days)
- bedsheets were stained, mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were very poor quality (paper thin)
- air conditioning unit doesn’t work very well. When it does work it is extremely loud. Found it difficult to sleep due to its noise
- bathroom had a constant faint smell of puke
- bathroom tap and shower had very weak water pressure
- If you need fresh towels you need to retrieve them yourself from the lobby
- only one elevator works (out of two), I was on the 6th floor and it was regularly 5+ min wait for the elevator
- complimentary coffee in the dining room tasted like old coffee left out overnight
Overall not a pleasant stay and I would not recommend.

Disappointing
The room was nice and clean, but the parking was bad. It was so small and narrow u had to back up and rearrange the car multiple times to get through the parking garage. Parts of it was flooded and to top it all off, when we checked in they told us that parking was going to be additional from what we already paid. I was told it was an extra 35$ which I paid, but come to see my final payment and it turned out they chrged me 41.50 for parking. That was not the amount I was told and charged at the counter! Will not be staying there again.
