The location was okay. But you can better book a hotel at Fisherman Wharf.
Very disappointing stay. No daily cleaning The room was dirty, especially the carpet. During breakfast, there were no tables available because it was too crowded. Left the hotel earlier than planned. Definitely not recommended.

The location, free breakfast, and staff were all wonderful. Everything in SF seems pricey, so this was a great stay option considering the price! I would stay again! Parking was paid, but very affordable and easy!
Hallways a bit low lit but everything was truly well kept!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with only a ten minute walk to fishermen’s wharf.
Room was with connecting door and we could hear the noises from that room. Also the hotel was very full, it was difficult to access the lift with ease and the dining room was so busy that we had to eat standing up.

Location was pretty good we could walk to several spots of interest.
Parking on premises was difficult to navigate, especially with a van.
The carpet in the room felt unclean.
Drinks in the vending machines were not chilled.
Breakfast was crazy. There were so many guests and not enough seating. We stood and ate our breakfast.

The location. Jean, the lady at check our was friendly, nice
Did not get the housekeeper service. I had to call the front desk for the clean towers and was asked to go to the front desk picking up the clean towers and leave the used towers in front of the door because of short staff

It was central location
The parking. Someone should warn people how extremely tight it is. We have a medium size suv and it was difficult to say the least. The guy coming in behind was a pick up and he scraped the entire rear fender. Staff can see vehicles on the monitor and he was never warned. We were going to drive to places to see by just parked and spent extra unplanned money on uber. Will never use this hotel again. Not that management cares

The property was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very close to the tourist attractions. Good breakfast, clean, and gated parking. I would definitely come back.

Served its purpose for clean/comfortable bed and a place to shower and hold our things.
If u didn’t get to breakfast by 6:30-7 u waited being no where to sit. We got food and ate in our room
