It was central to most tourist activities
Because we were staying 3 days, we were told there would be no housekeeping, we had to make our own bed and ask for fresh towels at the front desk every morning.
A buffet breakfast was included in our booking, but was minimal and not alot of seating, so had to be early.

Bad start with the front desk employee, not clear about parking. Ridiculous and very expensive parking, not able to air the room and smelled a bot funky…

Location is close to public transportation and a 20 minute walk to the bay.
Staff is friendly, breakfast is basic.
Older building, not sound proof, window couldn’t be opened and should be cleaned from the outside.

Beds were so comfortable! Very clean and had plenty room. I loved having a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was better than expected and started each day great! The staff was so friendly and helpful.
Parking was tight but doable.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it is very close to a wide range of restaurants and points of interest such as pier 39, fisherman's wharf and the golden gate bridge. A big thank you to Terry who checked me in. She was nice, professional and polite and to Jen (hope I got it right) for helping me with the public transport options on where I had to go to. A special thanks to Jonathan who managed to sort out my issue with an extra booking which I mistakenly reserved. If I would come to san francisco, I would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast could have a bit more of options but overall it was good
