When I made the reservation it was described as a top floor room. Was put on the 9th floor Hotel had 11 floors. When I ask the front desk I was told that 9 through 11 was considered top floor.

Good location, easy to get to fisherman’s wharf. Room was spacious with great view of bridge.
Breakfast room too small when hotel busy. People milling around not knowing what/where to go.

It was very close to all the sites that we wanted to visit such as the usual Lombard street, fisherman’s wharf, Pier 39 and there are shops around the area in case you need to buy something last minute. The parking we paid for was totally worth it because we did not have to drive around a few of our itineraries but rather we walked. There are public transport that we used as well of we did not feel like walking quite a distance which was a 2-5 min ride.
The parking space was really narrow and difficult to park in, the ramp was a two way but only one car can fit, so it would be best to bring a compact car. Luckily we brought a small SUV. There is no fridge in the room so we brought a mini cooler or ours just to keep our drinks cold, they have an ice machine in the facility though.

Good breakfast, very central, parking for a fee. We felt safe to walk around in the area. Very friendly and helpful reception.

Everything about our stay was amazing! It was such a great location in walking distance of a few places.
The only downside, which is still better than most, is the parking. Super tight parking, I wouldn't recommend a big SUV or truck.

The location is unbeatable. 30 minutes of walking in any direction gets you to someplace you had on your "to do list". The price, location, and amenities together...unbeatable.
If you own a large vehicle, the parking garage will be an adventure. Fortunately, we brought the smaller vehicle.
