The staff was very helpful and friendly and the view from our room was pretty. Convenient stores were close by as well.
The tub was VERY dirty in mine and my friend's room. Don't have a white tub if you're not going to scrub it well. We also had the A/C on high and it was still warm in our room. Please get a new ventilation system.

The bed/pillows/strange bathroom. The bed was miserable, so bad that we just left and went somewhere else and did not care that we lost money.

Location is good. Comfortable bed. 12 o'clock check out was nice. Breakfast was good.
Parking is a little tight but it is San Fran. Water pressure in shower was not strong.

Rooms could've been cleaner. Rooms were not at all quiet. Could hear when people entered/exited other Rooms or walking hallway. Staff could've been more courteous when checking out.
