It would have been nice to have at least our trash baskets emptied during our stay.

View from the room was nice as we expected from a top floor with a view of the bridge.
The ease of check in/ check out.
Beds were very comfortable.
Very little option at breakfast. No options for anyone who has a dairy intolerance (my wife) other than some fruit.
Also not much space for breakfast and had to wait a long time for a table as not enough seating for number of rooms
We ended up buying some oat milk & butter that she could use.

good location, free breakfast, parking fee is around $40.
not clean at all, slow water, and lack of microwave, and fridge in room.

The location to Pier 39. So close to the water and other activities. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, if I could recommend just one thing, a refrigerator.
The breakfast wasn't as good this trip. But overall still a great deal.

Amazing view of Golden Gate Bridge from spacious room.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location for easy access into downtown San Francisco.
Room was a little dated but comfortable. Could use a little bit of TLC.
