Room spotless and roomy. Welcoming , professional staff made the trip. Location was perfect for our interests.

Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. Location was close walking distance to cable car lines & tourist attractions. Free parking was the cherry on too!

Location is amazing to discover the city, close to the wharf and Little Italy. The staff was very helpful. Overall it was clean. Great value for the price
The beds were not very comfortable. The bathroom floor could have some extra cleaning. Could've been nice to have a mini fridge, but not a big deal

Great location to Chinatown, North Beach, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39. Parking included. The staff are very friendly.
I have stayed here multiple times. This was the smallest double bed room I've stayed at. I paid for a fridge that wasn't even plugged in. I didn't notice that it wasn't plugged in until the last day after I had already put food into it the day before. My friend said it was cold the first day, and the housekeeper must have unplugged it to clean the room. The hotel and rooms are nothing fancy. Price hseems to be increasing.

Parking was great and we felt our car was safe. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and staff were extremely friendly throughout our whole trip. It was a short walk to North Beach.
There wasn’t a lot to complain about. The beds didn’t exactly have a traditional fitted sheet. Our sheets came off our beds quite easy and we had to adjust them every morning. I think a traditional fitted sheet would be more only recommendation.

Excellent location literally right next door to Bimbo's Club if you're going there for a concert. Also just in general a great location walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf a block away from the trolley line Etc

I have stayed here at least four times. Nothing fancy, but good value with parking for one vehicle included. Easy access from garage. Great location to Ghirardelli Square, North Beach and China town. Take the cable car to and from Union Square. No need to use your car after parking it. Great staff.
Nothing fancy, but very good sleep accomodations for the price including parking. Not all rooms have refrigerator/microwaves.
