Unfortunately outside road noise very loud - windows did not close well, single pane - a shortcoming when hotel on a busy road

Location was good, close to Little Italy, Fisherman's wharf, parks & bike rental.
Tony is excellent at the front desk, he went above & beyond to please us.
Fridge isn't in every room, you need to request one for $7 per day.
I think guests would just assume there a fridges in all rooms.

We stayed here during our visit to San Francisco and really enjoyed it. The motel may be a bit older, but it is wonderfully well maintained and very clean. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
Everything was great – we felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff and the room was spacious. Location is great! The 3rd floor has great views of the city!
The shower pressure was a bit low and the sink was not in the same room as the shower.

Lady at the desk called Leida was very impatient, patronising and passive aggressive when asking a simple question of where the parking was located. Probably an anomaly in that overall great experience, the sour behaviour of Leida was rude and uncalled for.
