The staff were super kind. I really loved that the room bad a balcony. Great location. LOVE that a parking spot came with the room too!
Pillows could be of better quality along with the bed.

It was close to the venue of the concert and it had free parking.
We paid and reserved a room with a view, we received a room with a view of a space between the building of the hotel. Big disappointment!!!

Location was great, walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Parking available and 24 hour staff on site.
Room was noisy being at the front along Columbus Ave. Could hear people walking around upstairs.

This hotel is such a gem. It was walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants, shops, and the Fisherman’s Warf area. Our room was clean and had a great view of Columbus street. Despite some noise from the street below, we slept well and were very comfortable.

Tony was so friendly and greeted us by name at the reception desk. The free parking is a huge plus in a city with expensive parking at most hotels. Rooms were spacious and the portable crib requested was set up in the room.
