This hotel is such a gem. It was walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants, shops, and the Fisherman’s Warf area. Our room was clean and had a great view of Columbus street. Despite some noise from the street below, we slept well and were very comfortable.

Tony was so friendly and greeted us by name at the reception desk. The free parking is a huge plus in a city with expensive parking at most hotels. Rooms were spacious and the portable crib requested was set up in the room.

Location was amazing. A couple of blocks from Lombard street and only a short walk down to the piers. Plenty of places to eat and Walgreens only a block away for snacks, water and other bits. Parking included which was a must for us.
Could have been cleaner, but bathroom and beds were clean. Just the bits around the edge never been cleaned. Depends what you want, but didn't bother us. No one on reception when we arrived so couldn't get in, but only waited about 5 mins and someone turned up, they had been helping someone else.

I love that they have spacious rooms and very comfortable beds and that parking was convenient and free! I loved the breakfast nook in our room too with a coffee station and real glassware! That's a nice touch. The views were nice! We could see Coit Tower and the Ferris Wheel! Also where we wanted to go was right next door to Bimbos to see an 80's music band! We had a lot of fun! And not too far to walk. Also its walking distance to The Famous Buena Vista for the Irish coffee!! And we walked along the water...where the Cable car starts! And the little shops and restaurants was a great little walk.
The ice machine wasn't working on the 3rd floor. And the room didn't have a mini fridge to store leftovers. Good thing we ate everything. There was an Italian restaurant close by we could walk too!

This place is a hidden gem. A short walk to north beach eateries and the water. No frills but clean and super comfortable and free parking. The staff are top notch. Our new go-to for a weekend away.
