For almost 1000 a night the days I was there, it felt way too outdated. They have old carpet, old shower curtains (and old showers), no smart tv, and it feels pretty old. Mattress not the most comfortable but also not crazy uncomfortable.

Very good location, close to the harbour and walking distance to the city center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is not the most modernly decorated, but it is comfortable and clean. Good breakfast options.
Carpet could use some stains cleaning. Also, the coffee pods are not replenished daily. One day the cleaning staff took all the utensils from the kitchen and it was really hard to get them back….staff from the reception did not prove very helpful with this matter. Breakfast is ok, but there are days when you need to wait more than 1 hour to be served, which is quite a lot.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.
The beds were soft, old spring mattresses, and were exceptionally uncomfortable. Woke up throughout the night because I couldn’t get comfortable.
The AC in the room did not cool the room. When we got there, the room was at 78°. We turned it down to 68 while we got ready, and then went to dinner. When we returned (3 hours later) the room had only dropped 1°. It only got a couple degrees cooler through the course of the whole night.

It was a cute boutique hotel in a great location. Near the elevators they had a station where you could get any toiletry you may have forgotten and they had bottles to fill with filtered water! I thought that station was awesome!!
The carpet was stained and desperately needed cleaned/replaced.
