Great clean hotel with wonderful service & love for dogs! Dogs happy we are happy! Location is very central great food around shopping and concerts venues art!
Parking. Didn’t feel safe to drive a block away from hotel in my own and leave car in the parking. I have ti pay for it and 1st 3 floors were reserved for rentals. Also breakfast ! I payed for two coffees 18 $ this is insanity!

The staff were excellent - so kind and helpful! They were also great with kids which you don’t often get. The rooms were very clean and spacious and matched the photos online. Perfect location for public transit and getting around on foot, and they had a lot of good restaurant options near by.
Sad pillows. Each bed only had two small pillows and they weren’t supportive at all, had to request extras.

Cleanliness of the hotel.
The room was very noisy. We could not sleep at night because we were next to the service lift. Room next door seemed to have occupants who were very noisy talking and partying late into the night.
Booking.com advertised this as breakfast included. We were given a small budget to purchase breakfast at the restaurant. Prices were extremely exhorbitant. People in the restaurant were like robots, just rushing with everything. We were not allowed to change our order because as we were placing the order, they were rushing to get it done. We found hair in our food - hygiene concerns. Furthermore, there were hidden costs that we were not made aware of. We were foreigners in the USA, and the hotel did not address this with us. When we checked out, we were suddenly told to.pay surcharges for breakfast.
This is the first time we've had such a bad experience booking with booking.com over almost 25 years of being with booking.com.

The room was spacious and lovely, nice view, well equipped. It was comfortable, clean and a luxury to stay in. Enjoyed it very much!
I have no negatives about the hotel. The neighbourhood, especially, eastward, has it's challenges, but the hotel is super great!
