Nice size rooms, the staff was very professional, prompt, friendly and responsive
Bathroom is small, especially the shower. Towels were small and thin, especially for a supposed 4 star hotel. The room had a funny smell that we could not identify, but it was not great. Coffee machine took a bit to learn to work. No microwave.

The old smell in the corridors.
No space near the sink in the bathroom.
The barn doors in the bathroom are always a BAD idea, NO PRIVACY.

The hotel room, lobby, and cafe were very clean. The room was comfortable.
It was noisy with all of the street noise. We were put on the 4th floor and heard a lot of the street activity.

Centralized location. We use to have private parties there many years ago (Pleasure Zone New Year's Eve)
The speaker system in the bar - restaurant was adequate for foreground and moderate dance levels. At the new year's event the levels were beyond the speaker system capabilities.
Specifically, the midrange driver was distorted at the elevated levels - which the dj had set appropriately for the party. The issue was the compression driver was taken lower than optimum in frequency. lIkely the crossover point was selected to fully cover the midrange but this was beyond the ideal operating range of the driver/horn - resulting in a spitty fatiguing sound.

The room was very nice and cozy, from the bed to the bathroom everything was extremely clean. One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. Staff was also very accommodating and nice. This is a perfect location where you’re surrounded by lots of food and good places to walk to.

Cleanliness. Bed. Pet friendly. Most of the staff. Location.
Showerhead didn't have a stronger option to the gentle rain head.
Flanagan's service and food was mediocre and process of ordering, seating, then paying was too confused.
