Disappointing
Location was okay. Front desk people were pleasant, but unaccommodating and gave us bad advice.
Please fix the elevator! The breakfast was so unappealing. Did not use. We were refused early check in and even holding my luggage for a few hours. I ended up paying the hotel across the street to keep my suitcases for a few hours. Your desk staff referred me to a storage facility which only rents space by the month. Please don't do that. A wasted uber cost. I use a walker. The stairs were extremely difficult for me. No offers of help appeared.

Reception young guy taking long time to address issues with shower and trying to explain how to solve myself the problem, this writer insisted to go and take a look, and finally decide to go up and noted unhappy.
Breakfast time ( coffee and bread ONLY available from 8 AM to 11 AM ) kind early if you take in consideration we are vacationing, during stay, we never able to grab a least a coffee,
Check out super early , manager ensuring all leaving before 11 AM , most places out time it’s NOON.
Elevator not working for while, and considering we on the second floor and my husband is a handicap person.
Lobby can use some air spray to dissipate strong spicy smell ( probably cooking)
Never a a person on the front desk unless you keep ringing the bell.
Would be nice desk person greeting and welcome customers.

I really like the price, the private secured FREE parking, & the location which was close to just about everything I wanted to see/visit during my stay.
It would have been nice to have a working elevator but that’s okay hopefully it’s being repaired for near future.
