The room was nice and looked pretty close to the photos. The kitchenet was nice and had good storage space, and a spacious mini fridge, and sink.
Elevators didn't work. We had to go up two flights of stairs then down a short staircase to our room. Not enough parking, plus had to pay for an additional spot for overnight. There shouldn't be a one car limit. We had two cars for 4 people. We shouldn't have to pay for an addition spot, or that needs to be advertised, (specifically), on the listing, which it was not. Limited parking does not mean you can have only one spot, and you have to pay if you want more. Plus, we only got offered that additional spot because I have a handicap placard. The nearest parking area, aside from streets, is an open parking lot that costs a ridiculous amount for overnight.

Location
The hotel's condition is deplorable, and the elevator does not work. The breakfast is a joke, with a poor selection of food.

Basically, I was satisfied with everything, the simplicity of the room was enough for me to just spend the night there. However, for me, the water in the shower was not hot enough and it became very cold at night, although perhaps this is the case throughout San Francisco, a city on the ocean after all.
