The room was spacious and the amenities were nice. The place was walk distance to restaurants and stores, it was convenient. The staff at the front desk were nice. There is free parking at the hotel.

Wonderful
I had a great stay here. The room and the bed was big, and nicely furnished, which made it really comfortable. The location is excellent as well — there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Clean, basic room. Decent nightlife on Chestnut. Helped me store items pre checkin and post checkout.
It’s a little bit dated but good overall. Minimal late checkout options (extra hour).

Disappointing
Good location, near a lot of popular tourist areas.
There were dozens of ants on the floor. At first you couldn't see them because of the carpet, but I had some clothing on the ground and the next morning it was covered in ants. Also noise from the street woke me up at 1am until the music from the bars stopped.

water pressure is horrible. had the "do not disturb" sign on the door but yet the housekeeper came knocking on the door at 930 am . . . check out IS 11am

Comfortable room, secure parking, discounts for local restaurants
No mini fridge, small single cup coffee maker. The temperature was fine but we called because the heater/ac wasn’t working and it was unplugged. Turns out, it was unplugged because it didn’t work!

Spacious room, clean, and super convenient. We appreciated the coffee maker and glass cups. The free parking was fantastic!
