Wonderful
The location was great. The public bus stop was right in front of Chelsea Inn. If you reserve an inside king room, the room is quiet and very comfortable.
The outside room was noisy but they kindly moved us to an inner room. We would have liked a refrigerator and microwave.

Location and comfortable beds
Rooms didn't have a microwave and no refrigerator, we had to request one refrigerator but you have to pay extra for it but no microwaves and they have a big parking problem, they have more rooms than parking spots, when you make your reservations they tell you that you are allowed to one car spot per room, my husband, my daughter and my Grandkid were with me and we reserved 2 rooms, thank God we only had one car on this trip to San Francisco

The location is amazing, very close to the Marina. The staff is attentive and will help you if they can. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious.
No breakfast, all of the rooms are carpeted so this could provide some challenges to allergic people

Amazing staff!!! The front desk staff was unbelievably helpful in providing the best ways to get around, a very helpful map, and two apps that made the entire experience much easier. The room was amazing with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was a great location, close to everything. The entire place was clean and the room spacious. Highly recommend!

Room was very large and comfortable.
Because of the wonderful, central loation, there was yelling and shouting aroung 1:30 am each morning as bars must have been closing. Ear plugs would be a good idea.

spacious room and easy access to shops etc
very noisy on Friday and degenerates running around this area and pooped behind my car. The room is a little dated. I can hear upstairs walking.

The location is great, close to many restaurants.
Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Noise from the bars until 3AM. I wasn’t able to sleep any of the nights I stayed at the hotel.
