The location is great, close to many restaurants.
Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Noise from the bars until 3AM. I wasn’t able to sleep any of the nights I stayed at the hotel.

Location is great & Hailey at the frontdesk was sweet, welcoming & professional. Property felt safe and overall good environment.
Room had crumbs on the sitting chair causing questioning of cleanliness. No lotion was offered in restroom. Returning customer but the King bed room only had a WALL window view.

It was near the heart of downtown. Near great restaurants, China Town, and shops. Room was a good size and the staff was great.
The parking! On night 2, there were no parking spots available. The woman in the office had us double park our car. We had to leave our car key with the office in case they needed to move the car. At 6:30am, we were woken up by the manager telling us to come move the car. We planned on sleeping in before the long 9 hour drive home, but that didn’t happen. One spot per room is included, but not always provided.

The price and the location in the marina district are the best qualities. it was clean as well and staff was friendly.
Lots of noise from the bars right outside the window. My AC was intermittent and didn't really work well.

The parking.
The elevator permit was expired in 2023 according to the letter taped on the elevator wall, from the
San Francisco Department of industrial relations.

The elevator lurched and screech when it started very alarming

The icemaker in the hall next to the room was incredibly loud and didn’t seem to produce any ice
The staff was barely courteous
Did not let Doordasher deliver food to the room.
I had to come down to the lobby to get it and the bag appeared to have been pulled open, voiding the security tape protecting the food.
The disco across the street pounded out beats until after 2 AM. The bus stop next to the disco across the street was jampacked all night long with people from the bars around the corner, The buses released their air brakes every stop all night, long making sleep impossible.
