The staff was very nice and pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean made me feel like I was at grandma‘s house, which was just fine.
The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing but at least it was very hot

The location was great and even though it was on the very busy section of Lombard Street the room was very quiet--no traffic noise at all. We liked the free parking.

It was centrally located and was like stepping back in time. It was very secure and safe and the free parking was a bonus
