Location is fantastic, right next to Union Square.
The room was definitely small and we struggled to find space to open the luggage. The bed was uncomfortable.

Great location right next to city centre/union square/cable car and 10min walk to BART station, nice good sized room, has a small fridge and ceiling fan, very clean, hot water system works well, helpful and friendly front reception staff, free hot and cold beverages and fresh fruits in reception area.
There was quite a bit of noise from street outside at night but it was not a problem once I fell asleep.

Location and cookies at check-in.
Cold room, poor heating, no electric outlets near the bedside table to charge laptops, phones, or other devices, and the mattress was very soft, unsupportive, and of overall low quality.

They were unprofessional, first they charged a different account for my stay, if I don't tell them during my checkout they would have charged that other account.
Then after a few days they charged me twice! What?

Very good accomodation in central SF, multiple public transport option inc. cable car right on the street. Parking available 200m from the hotel for 35 USD per night. Coffee, tea, bisquits, apples available in the lobby throughout the day.
Our card payment attempt was done some 4hrs before our arrival while we were driving, not checking emails to see alerts. As there was some problem with a card provided, the reservation was cancelled shortly before we arrived. We finally paid the original price but it is quite customer unfriendly to cancel a reservation on such a short notice.
