Wonderful
Location is awesome! 10 min walking to the port and Pier 14. I appreciated safty around hotel (no homeless, drugs, etc). Room was great, spacious with very comfortable bed. View from the higher floor is cool. Room has also beer bottle opener on the wall :)

A great location and kind staff. Room was very clean and cozy. However, there was no air conditioner as noticed. Parking lot is 3 minutes away from Hotel on foot. (Staffs of parking lot are also pretty good)

Nice location with lots of local amenities and a streetcar stop is practically outside the entrance. Nice to be able to grab a coffee and cookie at anytime from the lobby. Room was a decent enough size and was comfortable and super clean, the cleaning lady we saw was very pleasant with a lovely smile.
Not regarding the hotel but if you want a bite to eat try Louis diner, you can’t miss it. They were lovely and the food tasty.
Parking was stressful. Be aware that you cannot go directly to the car park you HAVE to go to the hotel first and they are on opposite sides of the street so you have to drive around several blocks to get back to the parking after leaving the hotel! I can’t understand why you don’t have a system in place where you can drop off your car at the parking first, it’s currently a very frustrating system just to pick up a piece of paper!

It was so fun to be in the heart of the city action! The adventure outside our door felt endless and we loved having the chancellor as a soft/ safe place to land after all the exploring!

Excellent location, spacious room, helpful staff, public transportation , bathroom with bathtube. Everything was as it should be in every hotel !
Unfortunately every morning between 6-8 am (and in the evening between 10-11 pm), there was a relatively loud knocking sound coming from the corner of the room, related to the heating (probably thermal expansion).

Very cozy hotel and friendly staff. Lots of small details, free cookies, tea and coffee the whole day. Great location next to cable car station.
Bed was not that comfortable, very soft.
