The location is excellent, as well as the staff. They have free coffee, tee and cookies every morning, which compensates a lot the lack of breakfast.
The room was very small and overcrowded with furniture, leaving little space to move around without bumping into something—especially if you have a lot of luggage. The internet service was quite poor, with download speeds never exceeding 6MB. I think the place could really use some updates, particularly the bathrooms. Ours wasn’t very clean; I wiped it down with a damp towel before use, and the towel turned dirty immediately.
However, the most frustrating part was the parking. I understand that parking in San Francisco is challenging, but charging $35 plus taxes for overnight parking feels excessive.

Excellent location near to all major tram / train / bus routes. Also within a walkable distance to the waterfront.
Friendly staff who managed to get us checked in early - appreciated after a long flight.
Free water / tea / coffee / cookies in reception.
The fridge in the room was handy too.

Brilliantly located, close to metro stations and the tram. Much of the city is very walkable from here. The room was spotless and comfortable. Some aspects of the hotel look a little dated, but they really don't matter.
The free tea/coffee and cookies in reception were a wonderful bonus - the cookies were actually great!
I had been communicating with them for some time before we arrived as I had a parcel delivered there, which went perfectly.
It wasn't cheap, but the US isn't cheap.

I loved the location of the property and it was very cute while cozy. It was also charming with its older features, but still a lovely stay. They also had a lot of great complimentary items in the lobby.
Parking was off site.

Great location at walking distance to iconic tram stop and near many nice restaurants, cafes and bars. They offer a pillow menu which we highly appreciated along with free coffees, teas and snacks at the reception.
Initial error with room assigned which was too small and not what we booked, but they managed to replace quickly our room with a more suitable one.
