Such a great place to be, it keeps the old charm, facilities are still good and location is very good as well. We were on our honeymoon and the staff welcomed us with a congratulations note and some bubbles. Such a nice touch! We totally recommend it!
Bring back the breakfast, nothing else to change.

Great location, lovely authentic hotel with nice little touches like free coffee, cookies and rubber duck in bathroom. Bathtub was lovely - really roomy and comfortable. Were able to stay in room couple of hours later with no additional charge.
Bathroom door kept whacking on toilet due to bathroom layout!

Great central location, amazing staff always happy to help, very clean rooms. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay including a charming rubber ducky! Free coffee , water, cookies and apple all day.
Thin walls but its an old property so it is expected.

We had such a comfortable stay at Chancellor. It started with an efficient check in, followed by getting upgraded to a much bigger room. There was coffee and green tea available in the room and further unlimited supply at the reception, including filtered water. The shower was great, bath products were good quality, bedside table lamp had a usb port, I can go on and on!
The place looks quite outdated but its clean and comfortable.

Location. Front desk staffing are efficient. Lifts quick
No breakfast option. Coffee and cookies not OK!. Not many breakfast options around location so we spent a while trying to find.
