Location was pretty good-we walked EVERYWHERE. Felt safe and parking was included (it was a tight parking situation but we never moved our van while there so not a big deal)
Nothing we didn’t like, it was pretty basic,no frills but that’s fine, we were there to see the sights, not hang out at the hotel.

Good price and good location. Great to be able to park so centrally in SF too. The receptionist was helpful with local tips and provided a map. Cheers!

The room was Filthy! Uncomfortably soft bed; urine smell they tried to remove with an ozone machine that should have been vented at least 6 hrs. after "treatment", and literally burned our throats when we entered the room. We were told they were at full occupancy = no other room available & no refund option. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SITUATION. Obviously, this comment should have been in the next section, but We Are SO Frustrated, and disgusted with the whole experience!
Again, this comment should be in the prior section. We did appreciate the instant hot water, as well as the location of the property.

Good location, central, next to some good restaurants.
Free parking, with a good amount of spots and a decent entrance width. We saw even pretty big trucks being able to enter the upstairs parking.
Noisy from outside traffic and other rooms.
There are no duvet covers, only a thin separate sheet between you and the duvet that gets washed. Unhygienic. One of the bedsheets had an ink stain on it.

Location was great. Nice neighborhood and close walking distance to some attractions. Room was spacious. Parking lot was much appreciated
Bed was very saggy. The bottom sheet was about 12 inches short of the foot of the bed. So no sheet where my feet were, just mattress. The towels were very thin.

Hotel was accessible to the places we wanted to see: 15-20 minutes walk to Fisherman's wharf and bigbus tour stop, 3-5 minutes walk to grocery and Walgreens. We felt safe walking at night and very early in the morning. Less traffic noise so we were able to sleep well.
The carpet looked very old and needs changing; probably better using non-carpet flooring.
