Liked the location and free parking. The room and bed was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel was very close to activities and had good restaurants nearby. The terrace was nice too. I liked the remote check in and there was someone on site if needed.
There was not a microwave in room or lobby or terrace. Would be nice to have access to a microwave somewhere in the hotel to use. The housekeeper did a nice job but took all of the towels and didn't replace. Not a big deal, but a surprise for sure. I was able to get towels from the front desk.

The property had a good location and if you were able to secure a spot on premises, you were lucky. They all great restaurants in the vicinity.
We received fresh towels daily, but our beds were never made during our 4 night stay. If you are not lucky enough to secure a parking spot onsite, you might have to drive around for 30 minutes to find street parking. In the end we had to park at Fort Mason 10 minute walk away, in the rain with luggage. A family stayed above us and they sounded like a herd of elephants.

I did not care for the remote check in screen. I had to put my ID on the screen several times before it read
It seemed like it took longer. I had to switch rooms in the middle of my stay and they didn't understand what I was asking. The second room was much better and I might request it next time.

Buena Vista is a great place to stay. The room was comfy, beds were comfortable and perfect closet for my items. It came with a fridge which was great for my grandbaby’s milk to stay cold and more. Free Wi-Fi which is also great in my situation because it helps me save my data on my phone. I was able to do some of my studies there too without any Wi-Fi complications. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bath was as nice and warm with bubbles that I added on. Towels were clean without stains. One of my favorites was having a coffee pot for some Hot Tea and Coffee already provided to make. The parking was a bit of a small of an area but manageable. It is a great place to stay with many different shopping stores around. I loved the fact that “Pier 39” was not a far distance walk if you don’t mind walking like me. I loved the fact how there were many close by convent stores to just drop by and grab a nice ice cold soda and some chips. Also! What I do love is that you have a restaurant of some type not too far from the other to stop by and grab a bit before you head out or back to the room. I do plan on staying there again when I do go back. I actually referred a few of my close people there this past V-Day weekend. They also loved it. It is a most definitely! Housekeeper was very kind and helpful. Gracias (Thank You) housekeeper for your service. I left her a TIP for the good job. Room 206. Thank You Buena Vistas for your business. ?

There’s not that much parking in their garage. However we parked on the street and as long as you don’t leave anything in your car your vehicle should be fine!

Awesome location, free parking, good bathroom. Beds are ok. A bit of a smell from being an old building but the carpets seem new. Price amazing.
The camera check-in system wasn’t very efficient. Or at least the person that was on at the time wasn’t. IDK.

I like the location and how nice the staffs are.
There is no microwave inside the room and switching the faucet water to shower instructions are not properly indicated. I suggests there should be a better way than a small sticker letters instructions from the wall to let the guests know how to use the shower.

The location was excellent and I walked to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiradelli Square and Lombard (crooked!) Street! They provided free and safe parking and I was able to drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of Fine Arts in just a few minutes. It was clean, comfortable, and not noisy if you get a room facing the interior instead of the street. Also, very economical and I would stay here again if I visited San Francisco!
