Very Good
Location is great, good value for money, clean, well run, free good parking and very friendly staff. Nice dark room. Comfortable.
Unless you are at the 2nd floor garage you are dragging luggage up the stairs. Not all rooms are equal.

Beds were comfy (i like a firmer mattress) and the thermostat/airconditioner was easy to toggle. The cleanliness of the room was up to expectations. Location is great - very walkable to Fisherman's Wharf and a short Waymo ride away from Golden Gate Park, Presidio Park, Chinatown and Union Square.
The fridge in my room was spoilt but the team responded very quickly to replace it. The one downside was that there was no laundry facilities though their website and Booking.com listing stated there was so that was a little inconvenient. Not many food choices nearby so have to travel out a little.

The location is good and convenient. In-property parking was also a plus
The building and infrastructure were very old. We had two rooms in total. One room wasn’t super clean and bedsheets were smelly. The other had a plumbing issue in the bathroom.

Everything is good. Free parking lot, prime location on Lombard st., near Pier 39. Decent WiFi. There are a few good cafe nearby. It is decent place at a good price.
I would appreciate having an electric tea kettle and a microwave. And a laundry. But they are not advertised so you know they are not there. The laundromat is across the street. And there’s a coffee maker in the room. I got a few hiccups with the WiFi but managed to make it work. On an occasion parking was full, but again as advertised: first come-first served basis.
