The location and cleanliness of the room.
The lady at the reception wasn’t very nice or welcoming. The room was very noisy in the morning (no noise insulation). We woke up at 6:30am because the blinds were useless and the room was full of light. It’s normal to have some light but this was way too much. The price was way too high for what we got.
Don’t agree to sleep in the rooms which are close to the street.

It’s always open and the start and very friendly
There is a LOT of noise at night and the walls are paper thin. The hotel actually gives your ear buds for free.
