Hot water, heater and coffee ☕ worked. I think this was a popular room a lot of people sharing stories and smoke breaks.
I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV and the lights were working in the morning.

Unfortunately, only negative impressions. When we arrived, it turned out that instead of the triple room we had booked, they could only offer us a double room—at the price of a triple. As a result, one person had to sleep in a chair for two nights. The area is noisy, and you’ll hear loud sounds and shouting outside the door until late in the evening.

Bed comfy, showers was great, parking was free but limited. All amenities were working (microwave, fridge). Better than expected for me.
A little bit of a shady part of town. I was lucky every time I needed parking… but some days it seemed the lot was full overnight.

the staff was very friendly and attentive. office is 24 hours which is nice for late check in, walking distance to oracle park
the bed was very uncomfortable, not enough parking, the people who were staying on the floor above us made so much noise late into the night, it was hard to go to sleep

Spacious room, relatively clean. TV was a bit of a pain because controller wasnt properly paired, they corrected it immediately when I told them. Yea the area isn't Malibu but it's the city, there were no Shenanigans. Great value.
