Spacious and clean room. Really like the filtered water and the coffee pod machine.
Location was near the "Tender Loin" area, so not the most ideal. Valet parking only, and can be a hassle to retrieve the car in a timely fashion ( we had 1 instance when we had to wait at least 45 minutes). The portable air conditioning was very loud to sleep at night.

Room was tiny, difficult to open armoire doors and impossible to use desk chair, located far from elevator, airshaft view, no bar or restaurant on premises, location was convenient but very close to the Tenderloin

Great cocktails at first floor service desk. Staff was very helpful. Staff at check in was very helpful and professional. Convenient to see the cable car spin around . Liked watching the robot get around on its own. Enjoyed the tour buses.
Happy. Convenient to BART which was an easy affordable way to get to airport.

No self parking just valet parking which runs $70-$80... public parking in the area is far.. also when I booked the room I didnt ask for any special need and they gave me a room meant for special needs which was weird

Located in the center of San Francisco's downtown. One of the Cable Car starting points. Buy the 3 day passport and enjoy the best sightseeing at your own pace. The breakfast at the Axiom is excellent!

Room had a roll-in air conditioner connected to the window. It tripped the breaker 4 times the first night. I requested a different room, but one was not available until the next day. Stay was fine after the transfer. This room should not be used.

Wonderful
Super pretty. Super comfortable. The concierges were so lovely and efficient. They wouldn't hesitate to help us out, with a smile.
We loved the location. While it wasn't the most comfortable at night, we were only a few feet from the train station, which was amazing.
The hotel is a little older and we had issues with the electricity. The circuits would consistently fail and we'd have to call the front desk to have them fixed. Most nights we'd make 3 separate calls, just to make sure we had A/C and could charge our phones.

Extremely central location in Union Square. Room was small but cozy, clean and had everything you needed. I loved the smell of the Lather products.
AC wasn’t working, and they had put a standing fan in my room but it was very noisy.

The staff was lovely. The room was cleaned every day.
If this had been marketed as a 3 star hotel instead of 4 I would have rated it much higher. The halls smelled kinda damp, the water pressure was sad and weirdly loud, the toiletries were cheap. Just nothing special and nowhere near worth the cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Axiom, the hotel was lovely, immaculately presented and very clean. The location was excellent, right in the middle of everything and right out the front is a cable car stop. All the staff were an absolute delight to deal with, so friendly, professional and helpful, especially Dhali, who went above and beyond to help us and gave some wonderful recommendations for things to do, which turned out to be top notch recommendations. Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant, Dhali. I’d also like to give Tianna a special shout out, she was so lovely and was an absolute treasure with helping us on a late night call for assistance. We highly recommend Axiom and would love to stay here again when we find ourselves in San Fransisco again.

Location, 100’ from Powell St. BART station. The staff at reception, especially Will were genuine, professional and human. I likes it so much I booked an additional night, in the same QUIET room.
Seriously, I have worked in major hotel companies and I can’t think of anything.

Clean facilities and friendly staff.
Location proximity to Tenderloin. Portable ac unit took up a bit of space. Valet took 30min to bring car at 530am the day we were leaving to catch a flight with no others waiting.
