The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle service. The breakfast was simple but good enough with breads, muffins, fried eggs, self-made waffle, coffee, tea, juice etc. We stored suitcases in the hotel after check out. Come back to get suitcases after down town sightseeing and took shuttle to the airport.
There was smell when we entered the room. I talked to staff and he said it was the smell of detergent. He used air refresher to reduce the odor. Staff was very NICE.
The room was located on the first floor end of hallway and close to ice maker and vending machine. In the midnight, someone used ice maker with noises.

Shuttle bus was great and room was lovely, easy walk to the train station to get into the city

The room is clean and coomfy. The room has big TV, fridge, coffee machine, big bathroom and shower.
The breakfast is a poor, after breakfast, we went to walk around San Francisco, and my younger daughter started feeling sick and vomited. Then she vomited several more times. Later we realized that she was the only one who had eaten the cheese bun.

The location was okay for an overnight stay near SFO. We were able to catch the airport shuttle - otherwise it would have been an expensive taxi ride.
The continental breakfast was surprisingly good.
We didn’t realize how far we were from the airport. If we had missed the shuttle, it would have been a very long wait or an expensive taxi ride.

We came in at almost midnight.So we were unable to get the shuttle because they only run until eleven, but that was completely fine.We ubered there. Okay, friendly man was taken care of us is when we walked in.We went into our immaculate room, which had a beautiful king bed.A tub, an iron, a blow dryer, a fridge, a microwave.It even had a nice little breakfast in the morning.For free, including fresh hot waffles that you make yourself. This is our new hotel when we need a place to stay before flying out in the morning, treatments. Without talking to your doctor ask your doctor about new pacing.

Lovely clean room. Quiet. Close to a few restaurants. Shuttle to the hotel was quick.
It was a little bit busy stopping at several hotels on the shuttle to the airport in the morning, but still a great service.
