Place is easy to find, there are enough parking spots. Check-in was easy. Room had all the basic facilities we needed and was big enough. It is very close to the airport, which made the arrival/departure very easy. Staff was polite (just ok, but not friendly).
Charging station for electric car didn't work (which is why we went there in the first place). Room was not clean; there was still a coffee pod in the coffee machine, and there was blood stain on a pillow. You can easily hear the cars in the street (we were at the 3rd floor).

Lovely clean, comfortable room. Reception open 24 hours for midnight arrivals like us. Free shuttle a bonus. The area around the hotel had lots of restaurants.

The room was comfortable and staff friendly.
We got in super late with children and the Honda Dealer next door had there concrete repair crew out with a jack hammer at 7:30am. So, hotel... fantastic. Next door repairs... probably a one off case of bad luck. I'd stay here again... but leave early!

Disproportional rise of price this week because of a congress in San Francisco.
They participate in taking advantage of that.
What a pity I was not aware of that.
Next time we choose a different place.

Staff was gracious and helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed with all that we needed.
We liked everything about it and will use it again when we have an early flight. Loved the ability to have a shuttle from here early in the morning.

Breakfast was good. Not much in the way of seating though
Standing outside in the cold at night for over 40 minutes waiting on the shuttle was aggravating.
