Quite close to the airport with good shuttle service. Good clean room with all amenities. Adjacent lane had many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Friendly staff.

There is not that much hot breakfast, sitting spaces are limited, the breakfast room is too small, and the room is quite clean, but the only benefit to customers is very near to the airport.
You can improve the customer service better, for example, there is no sign stating the self-laundry indicates the customers couldn't use the laundry after 8 pm. This can create inconvenience for the customer if there is an emergency need for this service. Besides, if your facility provides a self-laundry service, why do the customers need to go outside the laundromat in the cold weather to do the laundry? We stayed on the 2nd floor and we were not able to sleep that well because we could hear the loud and jumping footsteps. That also can worsen the customer's vacation pleasant spirit and mood if they don't have sleep. The bottom line is we searched many hotels online and found out your hotel has the quality we need but obviously, it is a misadvertising for the customer.
