Shuttle service worked very well. The proximity to the airport is very convenient.
TV is not able to play youtube or other streaming services. But this is a minor thing.

Location close to airport is great. Facility is great modern and clean. Did not try shuttle, shared with multiple hotels.
No internet connection for rooms at the end of hallway. The soundproofing. At night you can hear planes very loudly in your room every 30mn or so

Post cruise stay; Our room was quite large, and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walk from the BART and lots of places nearby to eat. The shuttle was punctual and started at 4:10 A.M. and ran throughout the morning and later in the afternoon for arrivals.
Loud noises on from the street, but subsided at night and didn't affect our sleep.

Breakfast not available. Room fine although I had messaged ahead to ask for a fold out bed and told there wasnt one, then when we arrived I later discovered there were rooms with three beds which would have been great to know ahead of time. The reception area - first impressions- a bit shabby but the inside common areas are very nice with natural light and comfy sofas. Its was very quiet even through there were lots of rooms. The fitness room was good.
One of the reasons we booked this place was that there was an airport shuttle but then we couldnt use it either way as it doesnt run between 11am - 3pm which is when we arrived and onnly goes at set times the rest of the time.

The property is beautifully designed, has a great shuttle service, large very nice comfortable room, and nice facilities including breakfast!
The WiFi was quite spotty but didn’t really bother me that much as I was on a short layover stay…
