We were first shown a room that I can only describe as sub-horrible. It had a placard on the door that said it was a handicap room. There appeared to be a normal bed, but a cabinet that someone had hand painted very badly was the closet. It looked like someone had put left over furniture in the room.
The property was dirty and beat up. The room we were shown was down a hall where it was the only room, the other “rooms” were the garbage room, and other utilities type rooms.
There was a door with a missing lock on the connecting door from this area to the part of facility where all the rooms were. There was a large open area to the outside where some could access the facility.
The place looks nothing like it looks on line.
When I told the man at the front desk I was very unhappy with the room and the condition of the room.
He was very unhappy with me. He wanted to explain. I was supposed to go into detail about the room. I said we wanted to be in the main building. He acted like he didn’t understand.
It was just tedious.
He said he didn’t understand. He was so obnoxious.
So finally he showed us a normal room. It was anything great but was fine for the night. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was great and right next to the airport and the shuttle service was exceptional. Will definitely return in the future.

For the price of the stay it was overall a decent hotel the room was nice and spacious.
There are photos on the hotels website and on booking.com that do not match the actual hotel. There are photos of a pool on both website that imply that there would be a pool provided, though no mentions of a pool on the actual listings so that at least is a little on me. There was also mention of a spa, that no longer exits. The continental breakfast mentioned in listings and on the website also does not exist. So the room was basically the bare essentials. The shuttle service that works as the hotels primary selling point as it is the only service they still provided does not run between 12 lunch and 3pm check in so if you plane gets in at that time your out of luck. and the staff was generally rather abrupt, not rude in any way but certainly not welcoming. The listing would I been fine given what I paid and how nice the actual room was if the pictures attached to the hotel website and booking.com were accurate.

I liked the fact that they accommodated me and my family next to each other and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
I guess if I had to complain about something was that, not sure if it was intentional or not but a pallett was placed in the parking garage spot and had to move it out of the way in order to not damage car. Also, coffee could be available in lobby at night time, loved it by the way.

The front desk staff was not personable or welcoming. The lobby area was a cause for concern. It is way beyond needing to be renovated and modernized. It's appearance made the lobby area upstairs where the rooms are located look like 2 different facilities.
I didn't like the appearance of the entrance lobby or the ripped fabric on the chair in my room. I had a nightmare and I attribute it to the stress I felt after checking in and seeing the review about bed bugs from a couple of months earlier. The place is a motel and not a hotel.

Felt shuttle service wasn't advertised clearly, there was only a shuttle available for one of my 2 trips to the airport.

Very comfortable and clean room. The shuttle service was easy to use and made getting to and from the airport really convenient. This is a great option if you need to stay close to the airport. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, which was a nice bonus.

This hotel is a hidden gem! From the street, and even the lobby, you have no idea this beautiful oasis hides in plain sight on the El Camino. The staff was fantastic. The shuttle service was on time, efficient, and friendly. My brother travels extensively, and I will definitely recommend it to him and his colleagues! Thank you for a smooth, peaceful, and pleasant stay and shuttle experience.
I have no complaints. I had an excellent stay.

What an amazing place so close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to get food, drinks and we even found a casino. Airport shuttle was tops thank you.

Bed was actually very comfortable, we slept great . We stayed here for the close proximity to the airport. Pictures of the hotel make it appear nicer than it is.., but it served its purpose of convenience and a place to sleep for one night.
Lobby was not very nice - coffee/tea area looked like it hadn’t been tended to for days. Front desk wasn’t very attentive.
