The room itself was very large and comfortable. I dud fund ny room clean, but the AC unit was very loud.
The lobby needs work! I was very worried when checking in because I felt like I was entering a low-budget motel. But when you walk past the lobby, thru the garage, to the floor of your room, you feel like you are in a different place. I was relieved that the room and areas surrounding the room were nice.
They need to renovate the lobby/checkin counter ASAP!

This is my go-to place to stay before an early morning flight out of SFO. Comfortable rooms and free parking. Used the shuttle to get to the airport for the first time - it was on time and had me at the airport in 10 minutes.

I had a great stay at Aluxor. The hotel is very modern, clean, and truly spotless. I loved the shared living spaces, they’re open, comfortable, and kept so tidy. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. A huge plus is the free airport shuttle, it was on time and super convenient. The location also felt very safe, quiet, and still central. It was easy to get to downtown using the bus and BART. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at Me Saigon Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff, especially Dat. He was incredibly kind, fun, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, and his warm personality made our stay even more enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about guests having a great experience, and it shows in everything he does.
It is rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal at the same time, but Dat absolutely delivered that. He made us feel not just like guests, but like friends.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Me Saigon Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The refrigerator was fine one day and next day, everything froze and my unopened soda cans exploded that left the fridge open for I don’t know how long. All my leftover food and new refrigerated foods I had in there were frozen and ruined. The staff that came in to check did not offer to compensate me, just lowered the temp and said, it’ll get cleaned tomorrow and just walked out. Should I have asked about compensation? Don’t know. It was specialty foods that I had purchased to take home the next day.
The bathroom vent is dirty and was leaking/dropping yellow drops on my son after he took a shower!

The room is nice and big and It is very clean. The bed is quite comfortable. It has a shuttle to and from the airport. There are some restaurants within walking distance but not much more.
The pillows are not full pillows, more like sofa pillows with a pillowcase. Bring water and snacks because nothing is available to buy. When I made the reservation it said complimentary breakfast. There was not one and the one and only coffee machine was out of order.
