The only thing that I didnt like is that if you want to check in early they inform you that they will charge you extra for that. I won't mind If room was unavailable because of cleaning.

I usually stay in this hotel the night before an international trip out of SFO. I like the location. Right behind the hotel is the main street of San Bruno with alot of interesting ethnic restaurants
The shuttle service is shared with a number of other hotels in the area. What this means is that the shuttle, first thing in the morning is often so full that you may not even have a seat.

It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The art and decorations were nicely done. Very good value, we will definitely stay again when we transit through SFO.

Exellent location and the free shuttle service made everything so easy for us. Very good value for the area. The room was very clean and roomy and the bed was super comfy.
The lobby could have been a little nicer, especially as we had to wait there for the shuttle. A few more food options would have been nice as well. The coffee machine only worked until noon - could you extend these hours at all? More information about the shuttle would have been very helpful.
