Big, clean, quiet t room. Decent price.
Despite my irritation (see below), the desk staff stayed cool and were polite.
The airport shuttle takes 1 hour to return to a stop. After 30 minutes waiting, I called the desk and was told it was on the way. 20 minutes later, I called again and was told the shuttle was 25 minutes away. WTF? I took a cab and paid $30 I hadn't budgeted on.
WiFi signal in the room was weak
I requested a quiet room, and my assigned corner room had zero road noise BUT was adjacent to the airport.

The shuttle service, the bus was full so they ordered us taxis and the person couldn't speak English and was driving very reckless and he didn't know how to get to the airport.

It was convenient to SFO
It was about as bare bones as you can get. The room was cold, no blanket, and extreme noise, from planes , vehicles and the heater. The shuttle only ran on the hour so it didn’t work for us in either direction.

Shuttle driver crammed our suitcases without being organized and ripped one bag. Now we have to deal with that during our entire vacation

I loved the size of the room, the hotel's location and its proximity to SFO. It might look a little shaky outside ; but the room was really nice!
I think serving a small breakfast would've been nice, but that's a really minor thing.

The hotel was close to SFO airport in San Bruno area. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The room was surprisingly big for us and was very clean and updated. They also provide a parking for guest.

This is a very adequate place to use as a stopover before leaving out of SFO. They have a free shuttle that gets absolutely mobbed in the early mornings so plan accordingly if you have to catch an early flight. Bathrooms are freshly remodeled, room is soundproof with virtually zero airport noise which was important to me. My room was way in the back and isolated so no one disturbed me or woke me up. No breakfast but you can grab that or whatever you need once you’re through TSA and Rolling Pin Donuts is walking distance away - give them a try if you’re craving a giant donut. Would definitely stay here again, an excellent no frills value for the price.
No extra blankets and it was a cold rainy night when I stayed.

It was a clean and nice place. Was recently updated or painted or something but they take care of the appearance. The room was big and clean.
They charge for checking in early and $15 an hour for late check out. Also, the shuttle stops running from 11a-3pm. So since my flight was at 330pm, and I wasn't about to get to the airport 4 hours early, I paid two extra hours to check out. So I had to pay much more because I had to lyft to get to airport. So it's a good value, but ended up costing me an extra $50 or so. And the room windows had slats so wasn't dark at all. And not sound proof so heard everything.

This hotel has been my go-to in the past, but service and facilities have gone downhill. The best thing is the coffee machine in the lobby and easy access to covered parking.
The front desk is barely staffed and the rooms are not being well maintained. My first room had no lighting and the second I couldn't get the heater to work (though it finally did) and the bedside lights were broken.
