Pleasant
Very quiet, even though it is in a residential area. We never saw or heard another guest, we wondered if anyone else was staying there. We used this before a long overseas trip for convenience. It served that purpose.
It was just a plain Jane hotel. The shuttle to collect us at the airport was slow. The hotel phone at the international terminal was out of order, so we had to call for a shuttle pickup.

The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Its proximity to the airport was the main attraction to booking but it was also a very comfortable room for even the one night. Covered parking was a plus and the ability to leave my car there for a week while away. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and reliable too.

Free parking was a plus. The area was pretty quiet. Smoking area was convenient. Very close to the freeway which was a plus for me.
The vending machine ate my change lol, but other than that it was a pretty nice stay.

Staff are nice and friendly
The room had a strong cigarette smell. Overall, the facilities felt old and poorly maintained. It was very noisy, with frequent airplane traffic. The hotel is located in San Bruno, and the surrounding neighborhood felt somewhat sketchy.

The price for the hotel was reasonable at $124/night. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
The hotel is directly in the flight path for the airport. The constant noise of jets was very annoying and woke me up during the night.
