It is so rare for hotels to include makeup remover wipes and airport hotels are where people really could use them. Was so pleasantly surprised when I saw them in the bathroom!

I stay here whenever I need to be convenient to SFO. Easy trip to get into the City on Caltrain, which is a 10 minute walk. Nice rooms. Quiet. On-time shuttle, with SFO about 10 minutes from the hotel.

I stay in the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, reliable shuttle service, and the breakfast which starts early enough so that you can have it before an early morning flight. The staff is responsive and professional. My room was spacious and clean. There is tea/ coffee available downstairs all of the time. I am a return customer.
There is a small grocery store across the street and a couple a restaurants in the vicinity.
I can’t think of anything.

I found the professionalism, support and customer service give to us by Alarna when we checked in was amazing. Alarna went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The accomodation was A1 and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
The lady in the morning was a bit short with my husband on the morning we were checking out but overall it was a good stay.

Nice size room, beds comfy, Great common area, airport shuttle, clean like brand new. Staff always available even at 4am! Rebooked on a 6am flight call desk @ 4am and shuttle picked up at 4:15am got to airport on time and made new flight!
That i had to leave ..got text from airline my midday flight was canceled. Has to rebook on earlier flight.

I think not sound proof enough? Because we still could hear the other people on the next room talking and its like just on our head board that is so annoying because it was very late already and time to sleep. Also the airplanes sounds was too loud.
