The hotel was very close to the highways & SFO. Getting into SF was an easy drive. A transit station was within walking distance and a plaza with a drug store and grocery store was about a mile away. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit and strong coffee were available. The free parking was on site.
It was a bit loud, but we were close to the airport.

Very close to SFO. The atrium was really a good idea. Room was excellent.
I thought parking was included but we paid an additional $80 for 5 nights while we were away. I thought the shuttle was 24 hr but wasn’t and paid an Uber for 4 am pickup. All of the above was on me and should have checked the adds more thoroughly or called and asked questions where they weren’t mentioned in the literature

Large, clean rooms. Handicap bathroom a little dated. On return, regular bathroom vey nice. Location is great for walking access to trains and restaurants.
Didn't like the eggs at breakfast. Serviceable.

We wanted a room close to the airport, and it certainly is. The room was clean and quiet (re: other patrons; airplanes could be heard, of course, but with ear plugs it wasn't a problem). The pillows weren't overstuffed and uncomfortable, which is usually a problem causing me not to sleep well in hotels. The shower water was nice and hot right away. The clerk at the desk when we arrived was fine (not overly friendly but no issues). We didn't use the shuttle. Breakfast was ok, not super. The staff lady attending the breakfast area was helpful with refills when needed. W didn't encounter any other staff, but were only there one night.
Could have improved on breakfast. The circular scrambled egg patties were unnatural and unappealing. The pastries were definitely not overly appetizing/fresh.

Good location . I stayed here previously. Its ok clean but this last 2 experiences changed my opinion about this hotel.
Customer service the way they handle problems. I booked a few weeks ago for 3 nights. Booking was confirmed when i got to the hotel late at night I was told there is no room. The staff was not helpful at all. Had to find a hotel in the middle of night.
This last time I booked and due to my schedule change I tried to call the hotel and booking. Com back to cancel it. I had 30 minutes window. Unfortunately I was not able to get through any of them. I ended up with the night charge. Noone of them was interested to help. I was not able to modify it through the website. I just found it extremely unfair that you are relying someone else to solve your issue yet they can't be reached and I ran out of time.

I had a great stay at the Atrium Hotel near SFO. One of the best things about this hotel is how conveniently located it is to the airport. The free shuttle service made getting to and from the airport quick and easy, which took a lot of the stress out of travel.
The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk and a great way to start the day before heading out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.
The staff were very helpful and friendly during both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when traveling through the area.
What I didn’t like was that the room could be a bit noisy due to airplane traffic. Also, when we called to book directly, the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping and suggested booking through a third-party instead.

Very close to the airport. Very friendly welcome from staff.
Need curtains not just nets in the room as the flashing lights across the street very disturbing overnight. Also didn’t like that it didn’t feel private.
Also not ideal that the airport shuttle bus doesn’t operate in the afternoons.

Repair work being done in the very next room , very loud power tools being used for hours.. walls were very thin and you could here people talking all very clearly . Vending machines did not work and kept our money .

Pleasant
Very quiet, even though it is in a residential area. We never saw or heard another guest, we wondered if anyone else was staying there. We used this before a long overseas trip for convenience. It served that purpose.
It was just a plain Jane hotel. The shuttle to collect us at the airport was slow. The hotel phone at the international terminal was out of order, so we had to call for a shuttle pickup.
