It's an old building but the rooms were tastefully renovated with lots of practical updates that makes the room very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional for the room rate - lots of options with fruits, waffles, toast/bagels, cereal, beverages. The breakfast room staff was attentive, cleaning up often and refilling frequently.
Our room was in a section which the public can accessed from the stairway.

It was great value for the money. The hot breakfast was decent, the room was clean and available for early check in, and the staff was friendly. Free parking in a shaded area was a bonus.

I like the proximity to The Rose Bowl. A lot of restaurants near by to choose from. The area of the Hotel was extremely quiet. Breakfast was absolute steal...not a lot options but did the trick for a quick easy meal. Staff were polite and courteous.

Great location.
Very comfortable and spacious.
Plenty of free parking.

Walkable to Target and other restaurants.
Breakfast was super basic, but my biggest problem was that it was very unfriendly to people with food allergies and dietary restrictions, so I couldn't eat a thing.
