The staff were great and very welcoming after accommodating an early check in. The bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable with option for air con. The location was absolutely great, away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to some great cafe's, food options, transport and the comedy club! We really enjoyed our stay here!
I would say that security was a little lacking in terms of no key card required to get up the lifts to the rooms, the pillows weren't the best, the shower pressure was quite low and unfortunately we got unlucky with a view of the carpark. But it was fine for such a short stay!

Disappointing experience. For a 5-night stay, we were provided only two tiny 100ml water bottles. Housekeeping was done only once, and that too after requesting it twice. On June 11, the front desk staff kindly agreed to waive the parking fee for the one night we parked, yet we were still charged $32. The AC was also very poor and struggled to keep the room comfortable. This was our second stay here, but unfortunately it will be our last.

They double charged me for everything on my stay with them. They advised I need to leave me credit card details for deposit (which is normal) and double charged me for my stay. They advised they unfortunately did not see I paid with booking.com so they charged the card again. They doubled charged the stay, food and parking. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager but all managers were unfortunately in a meeting.
