The entry road was a bit “scary” but once we entered the hotel it was very nice!! The water front is lovely… really fun seeing the rowing shells go by!

I liked the bar staff and the fact it was convenient for me and the plans that I had for the time I was staying there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful
We stayed in a room with a water view and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable. We ate at the grill and the salmon dinner was the best we have ever eaten. Breakfast was plentiful. Waffles are always a hit with my husband. There was even oatmeal that wasn't instant. Enjoyed having a bar so that I could get a glass of wine to drink on the balcony.

The breakfast was abundant with a large variety. My room had a balcony overlooking the water and it was perfect. Very peaceful and restorative.
Had a little trouble with my room keycards working, but they fixed it. Hallway outside of room was noisy.

The balcony was amazing, great view. Comfortable bedding. Nice room, friendly staff. Would come back again.

I did like customer service. Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. They had a good variety. The area was clean and well maintained
The bed was comfortable, but it was very sunken towards the middle. The shower had very weak water pressure, the hot tub jets were broken or not working. The "city" view was the parking lot and freeway,( very misleading)
