The real helpful service at the front desk especially to propre a early check-in.
We like the nice elegant display of furnitures wall decorations, it doesn't look like a motel.
We visited several times at that hotel and we always appreciate the very comfortable bed mattress.
The location is perfect to reach down town or airport.

I had an issue about something and the “manager” thought it wasn’t worth checking up on or just in general poor communication from staff .. never got managers name btw before booking here just to let you guys know you have to pay MORE to have an mini fridge & microwave & that’s if you get lucky if there not sold out

Proximity to Bart and Airport. Predictability, we have been here before and the consistency of cleanliness and staff is a draw to the property.
Bed was too soft. There is no way to heat up leftovers you may have brought from a nearby resturant.
