Convenient airport location. Friendly staff. Nicely designed/upgraded motel. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, including decaf versions of more drinks than the usual.
Bed itself felt cheap, old school.

I loved the Dylan Hotel. It was just right in entry way. It's not fancy, but it is lovely, and you can tell that it is loved by its owners and staff. The heated pool and hot tub were great.
Though it was great for me, travelers who are looking for a big hotel experience won't find it at the Dylan.

Location near BART station
They charge extra for arriving just one hour early, even though the room was already ready and not prepared specifically for me. Every small thing comes with an additional fee. Aside from the location, the hotel is not recommended.

Very fun and well appointed hotel, the amenities and location to SFO and local dining was great. If you need to get to Santa Clara or San Francisco, this is a great option with BART/Caltrains being so close too
I think the room carpets need to be replaced (ours was a little tacky/sticky BUT they give you slippers!), and there is some noise from the street and BART/Caltrains, but not awful

We booked last minute when we had an extended layover at sfo and this was perfect. Staff was friendly and responsive , clean and super comfortable room. We wish we’d had more time to actually hang out here, decor was really cool and the beds were fabulously comfortable. Loved the blackout curtains for a dark daytime room nap after a long overnight flight from Asia!
