The room was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Dylan is located very close to the Millbrae train station—a very short walk. We were looking for a hotel close to SFO for an early morning departure. We returned our rental car the night before and took the BART back to our hotel. The taxi ride in the morning was 10 minutes and $20, and made for a stress-free morning of travel.

What a beautifully kept property, extra clean.
The bed and pillows were heavenly, so comfy
I absolutely appreciated the record player, and my balcony was wonderful!
The room was super clean. I really enjoyed the shower as well. BRAVO
The light switch for the closet area was odd being right at when you walked in the room
I wish there was more lighting by the coffee station in the room.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the station, and the room is spacious.
There was a musty smell in the room that I didn’t like.

The property is a quaint area with just a wonderful small hotel. The areas were clean and all items like ice machine, soda vending, free coffee ands hot chocolate were all very well maintained and clean every time I used them.
The parking, while free, is a bit tight. It seemingly was all for compact cars. Parking could be a hassle at times to get my Bronco to fit.

Close to the BART train station which suited me very well. I could get to the airport quickly (10 mins on the train & 5ish mins walk).
Loved the water & coffee available 24 hours & the reusable water bottles in the room for use while staying at the hotel.
Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating with storing luggage after check-in.
Bed was comfortable.
Wi-fi worked well.
Shower was fine.
Plenty of room.
Lots of recommendations for restaurants & eateries nearby.
Wine available in the lobby.
Could open the windows of the room for fresh air.
Vending machine available for snacks.
Room was a little noisy with other guests coming & going but not really a big problem.
No on-site restaurant but again, didn't cause any problem for me.

The hotel was super cute loved its charm! Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Nice staff and accommodations in lobby area.
It’s convenient to airport and Bart so therefore it’s got no view and directions were odd to get into the hotel bc of where it sits on the roads one way. Need clearer signage in the back where you have to pull into.

The staff were extremely accommodating when our flight got cancelled and allowed us to come the following day. I really appreciate that!! My partner, Malcolm was able to check in early, and I still was stuck in Singapore.
Per my partner, He was awoken by the couple upstairs at 2-3am and then a lot of loud banging continued for over an hour.

Did not have Breakfast, staff pleasant and facilities good.
Would have been nice if there was a proper hotel bar. They had beer by the can for sale and packets of snacks. After a 12 hour flight I wanted a cold pint of beer and some hot food.

The service was great, employees where nice and approachable, coffee bar was amazing. Parking lot was a little uncomfortable just because the spots were really small if u have a small car is ok, but bigger cars like minivan or pickup truck is uncomfortable. Room ill give them 7 out of 10 just because u could here the people above you. Besides that i like it.
