Wonderful
Seems like new. Room is large, clean and comfortable
Location good for exploring Marin sights and even back into SF. Some nice outdoor seating and landscaping facing the estuary
Heated pool and jacuzzi clean and bright, nice seating around
Breakfast a good mix, including hot dishes, waffles, some fruit, yoghurt, in pleasant roomy breakfast room
A couple of bikes available for use free of charge - hotel is by a bike path leading in two directions
Staff are friendly and helpful
Small store on site with snacks, ice cream
OK restaurant/pub next door to the hotel for dinner, other places in Mill Valley are close by
Overall great stay would stay again
Some rooms face the estuary and mountain (Tam) with great views. Others face the "Bay" - but actually the bay is the other side of a freeway overpass - not quite the same view, so pay extra for the mountain view

It was a nice property, dog friendly, clean, short walk to town along the path.
The rooms were a bit small, not much of an “ocean view” or view at all being on the first floor, a little expensive for what it is.

Breakfast good. Nice variety. Clean. Plenty of food.
Noisy at night. Heater/ air conditioning didn’t work properly. Asked staff to address the issue while we were out for day. They did not. Asked again. Finally just told them on way out. Bike in fitness room kept resetting mid workout.

The property is not brand new, of course, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and all the staff I interacted with were personable and helpful.
The bathroom fan should be fixed.

The location was great, breakfast was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. Price was fair. Overall good.
We had a leak from the bathroom that flooded the kitchen/bar area. Staff came to fix, but the problem repeated.

We loved the location of the hotel! We walked along the trail so much and were able to get to restaurants and all our needs by foot. It is also so close to Muir Beach and Muir Woods!
The room itself was spacious and comfy. My prtner specifically wanted me to shout out the shower temperature and water pressure. He says it's the best shower he's ever had!
